Hotel pickup is available in Ubud, Jalan Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kuta, Jimbaran, Canggu, Seminyak, and Kintamani.
Your exact pickup time will be communicated via WhatsApp as needed to plan with other groups. Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Terms Payment
- Deposit payment of 30% from total price is required upon confirmation of booking, balance payment to be paid 24 hours before the trip
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, paypal or payment link
- Payment with other currency will be converted based on daily exchange rate
Cancellation
- Cancellation fee of 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to clients pick up
- Cancellation has to be made 48 hours in advance by Whatsapp or email, for a full refund
- No-Show will be charge at 100% of the TOTAL payment
