  1. The room rates are valid from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023.
  2. Additional surcharge applicable where necessary for Peak Season, High Season or Mid-Season.
  3. Room rates are inclusive buffet or a la carte breakfast for one (1) or two (2) person(s).
  4. The room rates are inclusive of 21% Service Charge and Government Tax.
  5. Check-in time 3pm.
  6. Check-out time 12pm. Any extension on this time to be request directly through hotel/accommodation and subject to availability, this may also result in additional charges being made.
  7. Cancellation/No Show Policy – Cancellation of reservations must be received no later than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival during normal season and thirty (30) days prior to arrival during high season, peak season, or mid-season to avoid cancellation charge being made. Failure to comply with this policy or if a client is a no-show, will result in one night room charge being made.
